Linares Design, established in 2001, has provided design and documentation services for residential projects throughout the Bay Area.

Who We Are

Susan Linares, AIA is a California Licensed Architect since 2002, License #: C29094.  Her 13 years of professional experience includes new custom residential homes, residential additions and remodels, tenant improvements, storefront improvements, medical office suites and ADA accessibility analysis. 

Romeo Linares has worked in the architecture profession for 12 years.  He has specialized in residential design and is well versed in all phases of the construction process.
